So crazy busy!

So I know I haven't actually blogged anything in recent weeks, but I have a lot going on, so get OFF MY BACK! Keavan is very excited about his upcoming birthday and asks me every 5 minutes when it's going to be here and what kind of cake he's going to have. The fact that he gets to pick whatever kind of cake he wants seems to not be sinking in.


Today we went to Zeke's (our friends' newly adopted baby boy from Vietnam) 1st birthday party. It was also a Halloween party, so the boys dressed up. Well, Keavan dressed up and AJ was forced to put on K's old Boots the Monkey costume. I thought it was way cute, but he didn't seem so enthralled by it, as you can tell in the picture. Keavan was grounded from Super Heroes today (don't ask) so he chose to be a chef. He seemed quite concerned that I did not have a costume to wear to the party.

Keavan's doing well in taekwondo. He just received his yellow belt last week. He is in a more advanced Tiny Tigers program and his instructers think he is fabulous. Keavan maintains that he doesn't like taekwondo, although he has a great time when he's there.

AJ is 11 months old tomorrow and still not crawling. He rocks and can scoot backwards on slick surfaces, but that's about it. He also has no teeth and is not really into chewing. Mellow takes on a whole new meaning with this kid! Although he is way cute...watch the video.
